Magic Beyond Midnight had the pleasure of participating in a Snow White Themed, Wedding Styled Shoot last month. The shoot took place on the outskirts of Pittsburgh PA, at the incredible Armstrong Farms Bed and Breakfast. Having snowed at the venue a few days prior, coupled with the beautiful and cozy barn setting, made it a perfect backdrop for the fairy tale photos.
The super talented Ashley Broskey of AB Occasion Design, who lead the event, invited MBM to design stationary and accessories for the shoot and we couldn't have been more excited to be a part of the day.
We started by tweaking a version of the Snow White Invitation that is part of our Disney Inspired Stationary Collection, added a little extra flare to it and some design reconstruction-- then she was ready for her close up.
In addition, we had the pleasure of creating table menu cards and mirrored table numbers for the mock place settings.
The menu cards were a more traditional black and white, with a pop of red, boasting a mirror and an apple, with Snow White's silhouette, true to the movie's plot.
The mirrored table numbers were a little trickier to design. We tried to tie in the traditional charm featured in the movie by using the gold scalloped lace design, while also keeping it modern for today's brides. To do so, we created a square mirror, red bow and white painted numbers to reflect the style featured in the invitation.
Below are only some of the beautiful photos taken at the shoot, that include items we had the pleasure of designing. All of the gorgeous photos were taken by Pittsburgh based photographer Krystal Healy. To view all of the photos from the shoot, please visit Krystal's full Gallery.
Another big thank you to Ashley and AB Occasion Design for choosing us to be amongst the many other amazing vendors that made this shoot possible.
